Availability
On this site, when you see the in-stock quantity on the product page, that means the maximum number I can build at one time. It may mean that I can send one out immediately, but most often means that I'll need something like five days to assemble and test one. Since I work full-time at a day job, it's difficult for me to have ready-to-ship product on hand. If I have to suspend production temporarily for some reason, I will try to keep this site updated accordingly.
Shipping
As of March 2023, I will ship first class to US addresses for free, but I will have to charge for USPS Priority Mail. For addresses outside the US, I ship Priority Express International, with the appropriate shipping charge for the destination country (which may require extra fees or tariffs - that's out of my control).
All units will be shipped with appropriate packaging, which is typically a padded bag in a cardboard box and any attendant literature and documentation, all snuggled safely in a larger box with appropriate padding. Any documentation you don't get with the shipped unit is probably available on the TH Audio website.
Variations
I have to say that the appearance and physical layout of individual TH Audio units may vary slightly, depending on availability of parts and components, necessary revisions, and the like. Also, since the silkscreening is a manual process, there may be slight differences in the appearance of the graphics from unit to unit.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
If you live in California, I will have to charge you sales tax, because I live in California, and the State of California is very diligent about collecting taxes, as I'm sure you know, because you live in California.
Refunds and Returns
72-hour approval. If you don't like it, send it back within 72 hours for a refund. HOWEVER, when I get it back, if I see any sort of damage that I know wasn't there when I shipped it - dents, scratches, broken or missing components, tire tracks, or the like - I will charge you a 20% restocking fee.
If you're outside the United States, returns could be problematic because of shipping cost and time. We'll have to discuss that beforehand.
Warranty Service
In lieu of a wordy legal document:
If it breaks down and it shouldn't have, send it to me and I will try to fix it. However, if I see damage that obviously resulted from abuse or misuse, or evidence of disassembly or modification, I won't fix it.
Some questions I'm asked sometimes:
Q: Can you mod my ____________?
A: Sorry, I don't do mods. I just don't have time.
Q: Can you repair my ____________?
A: Sorry, I don't do repairs on things I didn't make. See 'Warranty Service' above for things I did make.
Q: Can you make me a custom____________?
A: Most likely not. Sometimes I do minor alterations to 'catalog' units (no battery connection, no switch, different jack location, etc.) by customer request, but we'd have to discuss it beforehand.
Disclaimer
You may have noticed that I don't list a phone number anywhere on this site. That's because I'm just one person with no employees and limited resources. The best way to get ahold of me is by email at th@thaudio.com. I will try to respond as quickly as I can, but please understand that there may be delays, for reasons I've stated above.
